Entry into this competition indicates an acceptance of these terms & conditions. Each person may enter once only per month.

Each online entry must include accurate entrants details for each mandatory online entry field including a unique email address of the entrant and at least one friend.

All entries must be received by 5pm, 30 September 2008.
 
The Prize Draw will occur on 14 October 2008. There is one prize package to be won. The prize package includes five nights luxury accommodation at Vomo Island Resort, all gourmet meals and all non-motorised water sports.

The prize package excludes airfares, departure tax, spending money and travel insurance. All other costs & expenses including visas (if required) and other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner. 

The prize winner must be over 18 years or accompanied by an adult. Prize winners must ensure by the date of travel they hold a valid passport. Each Prize winner and their nominated travel companion must travel and stay together. The prize cannot be booked with a travel agent. Travel insurance is recommended. 

We will attempt to notify the winner of the prize by email within 14 days of the prize draw. The prize must be claimed within 21 days after the prize draw, or else the winner is deemed to have forfeited their prize and we may then conduct a further draw to distribute the unclaimed prize.

Employees of the Promoter, its advertising and promotional agencies and their immediate families are eligible to enter. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Prizes are not exchangeable, not transferable and not redeemable for cash. WinaTrip2fiji.com accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected email and will not be liable to any person in any way in relation to this promotion or the prize package (including but not limited to personal injury) except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

WinaTrip2fiji.com collects and holds personal information provided with each entry, to be used to notify prize winners, to verify prize winners' identities and, unless otherwise requested on the entry form may be used for future promotional activities. Under the Privacy Act 1993, all individuals have rights to access to and correction of their personal information.

Failure to provide all requested personal information at the time of submitting an entry may result in the entry being invalid. The winner's name and photo may be used for publicity purposes and by accepting the prize the winner must make themselves available for this purpose.
